Returns and cancellations

Payment

For non-account holders, payment is required with order. We accept cash, cheque, all major debit and credit cards, PayPal or banker’s drafts. (see payment methods)

Returns

We only sell products we believe in and do our best to make sure we’re supplying quality goods at very competitive prices. If, however you’re not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of your purchase, or 14 days from the receipt of your goods (whichever is longer). If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund your payment (minus any carriage costs even if you qualified for free shipping) on the subject to you returning the goods with all original packaging, instructions and in perfect condition and unused. Before returning any items, please email us at info@agwood.co.uk, including your order number, what you would like to return and why and include any pictures if appropriate.

If you are returning an incorrectly-supplied product, please email us at info@agwood.co.uk, we will then arrange for the item(s) to be collected if necessary. If you choose to return using your own methods we will not liable to cover any of the costs. Warranty returns

If you are returning an item for Warranty it will be at the buyers cost to send back the item for a Warranty inspection. If deemed to be a manufacture fault we will fix or replace and return your product and refund your delivery charge. We will contact you as part of the returns process to arrange payment. Exchanges

If you are returning goods for exchange where the goods were neither incorrectly supplied by us or faulty, we will not be accountable for any postage costs. Any refund will exclude the original postage cost even if you qualified for free shipping. You will incur a charge for the posting of replacement item(s) to you.

Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them; if they have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours in order to submit the claim with the carrier.

All delivery disputes must be submitted to us via email at info@agwood.co.uk within 5 days of your dispatch email.

Cancellations

Until the point it is dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us on 01303 844682 or emailing info@agwood.co.uk  and quoting your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email). If your order has already been dispatched, it will have to be processed as a return.
