Delivery Guide

We only ship to UK Mainland.

Orders below that amount are subject to £7.50 + vat delivery charge. If you wish your products to be delivered to an address in the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland) (Scottish Highlands postcodes include AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50) (Scottish Islands postcodes include HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3) then delivery will be charged from £17.00 + vat per box, depending on size this may vary. (Please call us for prices on larger machines as this will often be more).

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch, you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hour’s delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other courier services including Royal Mail, Fedex and TNT where sometimes tracking information is not available.

All ride on’s can only be delivered to the following postcodes; TN, CT, ME, DA, BR, RH. When purchasing a ride on delivery can take up to 14 working days as we are required to PDI the machine prior to delivery, once the PDI has been completed we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery.

Smaller lightweight parcels are generally dispatched via DPD with larger bulkier parcels being dispatched via TNT which require a signature on delivery. A calling card will be left with instructions if you are out.

Please note all delivery times are approximate, occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise for this in advance. If you require a delivery urgently by a certain date please contact our sales team quoting item description & product code.

For multiple product orders where different delivery times are shown, please go by the product showing the longest delivery time. If you would like partial (split) delivery please contact our sales team who will assist with your request (this may incur an extra delivery charge.)

We physically have the stock in our warehouse ready for fast dispatch. Usually delivered in 3-5 working days (in most cases when ordered before 1pm you will receive the next working day).

Out of Stock Items Usually Delivered In
Stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the working days advised this is provided as a guide only. Should you require your order by a specific date please contact our sales team who will do all they can to assist. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock, we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.

Standard Delivery 3-5 working days
£7.50 + vat (displayed at checkout). Some items may have additional carriage applied. We reserve the right to apply carriage after the order has been placed with your consent.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery of your order & to notify us of any access restrictions to your property. If delivery cannot be made & another date is required for re-delivery an additional cost may be applied. This will be at our discretion.

Any missing items or damaged items will need to be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery date. Please note that ride-on mowers and certain accessories delivered outside the area serviced by our own transport may be subject to carriage charges dependent upon destination. Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year Deliveries
Any orders placed over a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day. Any in stock items will be expected to be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the first working day back.

Our business closes from Christmas Eve until the New Year, to allow our team time to celebrate the festive season with their families. The final date to order for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is usually around 19th December each year, dependant on the day of the week and the courier services availability. Please order early or arrange in store collection to avoid disappointment.
