The Stihl RM 655 RS petrol lawn mower with a powerful Briggs and Stratton engine with ReadyStart technology for easy starting. Ideal for domestic users and landscape gardeners, with a vario drive and a 53cm/21″ cutting width making is great for large lawns. Equipped with a durable metal rear roller giving you a a good quality lawn stripe finish. The central seven-setting cutting deck can easily be adjusted from 20-80mm. During lawn mowing, the speed of the powerful engine always remains constant, even during changes in the drive speed, ensuring the mower is always working at it’s best. A mono-comfort handlebar gives uninterrupted access to the grass catcher box, making it so much easier to empty when full. For even more convenience, the blade brake clutch of the RM 655 RS allows you to disengage the blades with the engine running so you don’t have to restart after emptying the grass box. With a 70 litre grass catcher box which features an integrated level indicator which lets you know when the grass needs emptying.

Easy start engine, with ReadyStart technology. The engine of the Stihl petrol lawn mower can be reliably started up with minimal effort both during cold and warm starting.

Rear Roller lends the Stihl lawn mower great stability, which is great for mowing edges around borders and flower beds. When mowing, the lawn roller smooths the blades of grass in the direction of travel, creating the characteristic striped pattern on the freshly-mowed lawn.

Self propelled Stihl lawn mowers take the effort out of lawn mowing. The drive mechanism propels the mower without it physically having to be pushed. This makes working easier, especially on large lawns and inclines.

Fold-open grass catcher box, a plastic grass catcher box can be easily opened and emptied thanks to it’s folding mechanism, with a 70 litre capacity.

Smooth running wheels, which are robust and hard wearing. They have been equipped with a traction pattern and directional stability tread pattern for effortless manoeuvring and to help hold perfect line during mowing.

Blade brake clutch which disengages the blade and engine to protect the crankshaft. This allows the grass catcher box to be emptied without restarting the engine. The mower can also be driven around the garden without the blades working.

Super soft grip comfortable to hold, especially when used over longer periods.

Aluminium housing with skirting protectors, durable and light weight. The side skirt protectors ensure high durability. The powder coated housing, retain their shone for a long time unaffected by fuel and corrosion.

Central cutting height adjustment, which makes it easy to set the desired cutting height in several settings, with a scale to indicate the current height.
