The Stihl RM 448 TC petrol lawn mower features a powerful Briggs and Stratton engine. Ideal for domestic users, a 46cm/18″ cutting width making is great for medium sized lawns up to 1200m2. Equipped with vario self-drive it enables individual adaptation of the speed to allow personal mowing habits and lawn conditions. By using the lever on the handlebar you can vary the mowing speed. The central six-setting cutting deck can easily be adjusted from 25-75mm. The powerful readystart engine is nice and easy to start and offers plenty of power to efficiently mow your lawn. A soft grip handle gives you comfort, especially when used over long periods. Thanks to the foldable handle, the lawn mower is compact making it easy to store and transport. The 55 litres grass catcher box is fitted with a level indicator so you know when it needs to be emptied.

The RM 448 TC can be converted into a mulching mower using a mulching kit which is available as an accessory.

Easy start engine, with ReadyStart technology. The engine of the Stihl petrol lawn mower can be reliably started up with minimal effort both during cold and warm starting.

Self propelled Stihl Lawn mowers take the effort out of lawn mowing. The drive mechanism propels the mower without it physically having to be pushed. This makes working easier, especially on large lawns and inclines.

Vario Self-drive, enables individual adaptation of the speed of the Stihl lawn mower to peronal mowing habits and lawn conditions. The mowing speed can be infinitely varied using the control lever on the handlebar.

Fold open grass catcher box with level indicator, the catcher can be easily emptied thanks to the folding mechanism. The level indicator signals the correct time for emptying.

Highlift blade, gives a precise finish to the lawn and ensures optimal filling of the grass catcher box. The blades create a strong air current in the housing, which makes the grass stand upright before cutting and efficiently carries the clippings into the catcher box using an integrated and powerful flow system.

Smooth running wheels, which are robust and hard wearing. They have been equipped with a traction pattern and directional stability tread pattern for effortless manoeuvring and to help hold perfect line during mowing.

Super soft grip comfortable to hold, especially when used over longer periods.

Carry handles, to make transport simple and loading easy.

Height adjustable handlebar, several height positions can be set to suit your body height, giving you greater comfort without affecting the stability or manoeuvrability.

Polymer housing, extremely lightweight and combines high resistance and robustness against forces, heat and UV radiation.

Central cutting height adjustment, which makes it easy to set the desired cutting height in several settings, with a scale to indicate the current height.
