The Stihl HTA 86 ideal for professional use in tree maintenance, orchards and local authorities, due to it quiet and low vibration system. With a 1/4″ PM3 saw chain for exact biting characteristics and good cutting performance, low-vibration and quiet for use in urban areas. Flexible and handy with side mounted chain tensioning, total length 270 – 390cm weight with battery 5.9kg. Also is equipped with a sturdy branch hook to help assist with removal of cuttings. Rapid length adjustment with quick release mechanism.

Side chain tensioning is located on the side to prevent contact with the chain when adjustments are made.

EC-motor which is maintenance free, brushless and efficient, the Stihl EC motor ensures a longer run time in operation and increased life expectancy.

Ergonomic control handle, a locking lever (orange front) EGO (black) and main trigger (orange below). The locking lever is self resetting and prevents unintentional switching on of the device. When the ERGO lever and shift lever are pressed together, you can work with ease.

Tool less oil cap, patented cap for the oil tank, the tank can be quickly opened and closed without effort and tools.

Sturdy branch hook, allowing lose clippings to be easily removed from the tree.
