The Husqvarna 535iRXT Brushcutter is a high-powered battery operated brushcutter designed for professional use. It has a lightweight and ergonomic design, for a comfortable user experience all day long. It is as powerful as a 35cc petrol brushcutter, with half the decibels. The brushless, high torque motor and 45cm cutting diameter provides an outstanding cut every time. The brushcutter can connect to Husqvarna Fleet Services™ which helps to track usage stats, last known location, and service history.

The 535iRXT includes a grass blade and ErgoFeed™ trimmer head.

Features

The high torque motor and large 45cm cutting diameter provides an outstanding cutting capacity equal to that of a 35cc petrol brushcutter.

The E-TORQ motor has been perfectly developed for tough professional use. The motor is brushless which minimizes the amount of moving parts, reducing the likelihood of damage. The motors have been designed to be maintenance free, while still lasting for the lifespan of the brushcuter.

The brushcutter has a lightweight and ergonomic design, creating a comfortable user experience.

The high handlebar allows greater freedom of movement when cutting on inclines.

The 535iRXT has built-in connectivity so the machine can be connected with Husqvarna Fleet Services™. This allows you to see the brushcutter’s usage stats, last known location, and service history to name a few. It also facilitates firmware updates so the brushcutter is always kept up to date with the latest Husqvarna Fleet Services™ functions.

There are 3 different speeds to choose from, depending on the task being carried out. This allows the user to maximise the battery runtime.

The battery pack lies horizontally through the body of the brushcutter. This patent pending design reduces the risk of dirt, dust or water accumulating in the battery compartment. This design means the battery weight can be placed in the centre of gravity and rotational axis of the 535iRXT. This allows an increase of manoeuvrability for the user. By having the battery lie like this, it allows different sized battery packs to be used with the brushcutter.

The 535iRXT comes with ErgoFeed™ trimmer function. This allows the user to feed the trimmer line with a single push of a button. This function reduces the chance of unintentional feed, lowering trimmer line consumption. The ErgoFeed™ trimmer head is also designed with the minimum number of moving parts, giving the trimmer head a longer life span.

The 535iRXT comes with LowVib® technology. This effectively reduces the vibrations felt by the user, providing a more comfortable experience.

The keypad is easy to operate and intuitive to use. It has an LED indicator showing the user the battery status, so you know when to recharge.

All Husqvarna Battery Series products are equipped with a ‘Start Routine with Safety Indicator (Pat. pend.).’ The 535iRXT cannot be started without disengaging the safety component. The safety indicator will flash on the keypad to warn the user if they are trying to start the product without following the safety routine.

The brushcutter fulfils the IPX4 classification for rain resistance. This means the brush cutter is durable enough to be used year-round, whatever the weather conditions.

The battery operated brushcutter is 13 dB(A) quieter than a petrol brushcutter. A reduction of this level is seen as halving the noise level. This makes using the machine more pleasant for both the user and any members of public in the area.

There is an adjustable and ergonomic handlebar, which has soft grips on the handles. This makes using the 535iRXT more comfortable.

The 35 ° bevel gear and optimised shaft length allows the cutting equipment to sit parallel to the ground, creating a better and more efficient cut.

The powerful battery gives the user freedom. No need to worry about tripping on a cord, or refilling it with petrol, and no direct emissions.

The Husqvarna batteries are designed to be durable and powerful. They are able to be recharged hundreds of times and can reach maximum charging capacity quickly. It is quick and easy to remove and attach the batteries from the hedge trimmer and charging stations, making it easy to swap between batteries for continuous use. The batteries are also able to be swapped between multiple Husqvarna tools.

The battery design makes for low maintenance and low operational costs.
