The Husqvarna 520iRX brushcutter is the ideal battery-operated trimmer for professional gardeners, landscapers, and contractors. The 520iRX comes with normal and savE™ modes. You can choose between maximum power or a longer runtime, depending on the needs of the work you are completing.

The battery pack lies horizontally through the body of the brushcutter. This patent pending design reduces the risk of dirt, dust or water accumulating in the battery compartment. This design means the battery weight can be placed in the centre of gravity and rotational axis of the 520iRX. This allows an increase of manoeuvrability for the user. By having the battery lie like this, it allows different sized battery packs to be used with the brushcutter.

The 520iRX has the IPX4 classification for rain resistance, meaning it is perfect for year-round use whatever the weather.

The Husqvarna brushless motor is 25% more efficient than an equivalent brush motor. This allows the 520iRX to provide a consistently high torque.

The intuitive keypad makes using the 520iRX simple and easy. You need a single button to start and stop the machine, and there is an easy to reach button to change the rotation direction on the trimmer head.

The high handlebar allows for increased movement when cutting on inclines.

The twin line cutting system comes with Tap ‘n Go to provide quick line feed.

The Husqvarna batteries are designed to be durable and powerful. They are able to be recharged hundreds of times and can reach maximum charging capacity quickly. It is quick and easy to remove and attach the batteries from the brushcutter and charging stations, making it easy to swap between batteries for continuous use. The batteries are also able to be swapped between multiple Husqvarna tools.

There are many different accessories to help lengthen the battery life of the 520iRX, including battery backpacks and battery belt systems.

The ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold, and the controls are easy to reach.

The comfortable padded harness spreads the weight of the machine across your upper body, making a more comfortable and less strenuous working environment.
