This STIHL FS38 is the lightest grass trimmer in the Stihl range. The FS38 is ideal for trimming grass edges and putting the finishing touches to your garden, along with this it is also great for trimming under trees, and along walls. This trimmer comes standard with an Autocut head which has two lines perfect for mowing and clearing work, mower lines are automatically extended by tapping the mowing head on the ground. But it’s also compatible with the Polycut head (sold separately) which is great for thinning work and larger weeds.

It features an electronic ignition module; this enables reliable starting and trouble-free running. The ignition system is fully enclosed, so it’s protected from dirt and dampness. It also features a manual fuel pump, a fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button, this reduces the number of starting strokes required following extended breaks in operation. Last of all it has a multifunction control handle, which is an easy and thumb operated control, meaning the operators hand never leaves the handle, giving you easier control of the trimmer.

This trimmer is a great recommendation for all domestic users, due to its light weight and multi-function handle, this makes it easy to manoeuvre if you’re a newcomer to the strimmer range.
